Iv'e tried the egg bhurji and Bengal gram dal with egg and enjoyed both of them . I would appreciate a few vegetable/fish recipes from Orissa, as I see that's where you are studying. I live in a small village in Wales so its not always easy to get some of the more unusual ingredients such as amaranth, tamarind and bottle gourd.
